Designing and building a deck and verandah in a small area wasn’t the only challenge facing Jaan McKenzie from Outside Concepts in Melbourne’s West. Nor was the client the only one he had to please. Jaan also had to keep the local council happy, a task that required a lot of permit applications but was well worth the trouble.
The clients now have a beautiful, raised space to enjoy the sunny aspect and views of the open parkland beside the home.
