Do you look after council and other approvals
You generally do have to apply to the council when building a new outdoor structure, but the good news is we can look after a lot of the hassle for you. Plus, because we’re locals with a good knowledge of local regulations, we can streamline the process, often making it quicker and less painful.
How much does a new structure cost

Is Outside Concepts licenced and insured?

Do you handle the entire project?
This depends on you, your needs and your budget. We are specialists in project management, so if you want us to manage the project from start to finish we can. However, particularly if you’re on a tight budget, you might want to do parts of the project or coordinate trades yourself. The choice is yours and we’re happy to work around your needs.
Who do you source your materials from?
We never compromise on our workmanship and we don’t compromise on materials either, which is why we use first grade materials and suppliers, such as Bluescope Steel, Laserlite and Pinz. While we do use quality materials, our buying power means we can source them at a reduced cost, which we pass on to our customers.
