Outside Concepts South East WA have recently completely transformed this outdoor area for customers in South Perth. Firstly, a tired old timber structure that provided no sun protection in summer and leaked in winter was removed.
The new patio plan was approved by council, and soon this beautiful aluminium patio with Sunpal multi-cell roofing was constructed. Next the old pavers were removed and relaid, and beautiful track guided Ziptrack® blinds installed to complete the project.
The customers chose to have motors in all blinds, and have installed an air-conditioner in their new all weather outdoor living space. This blind fabric provides 95% block out enhancing the use of the air conditioner beautifully.
