Had a new verandah installed. It was a replacement for an existing verandah that needed to be demolished. Because of the limitations imposed by our spouting a novel way of attaching it to the house was required. Of all the companies we had quotes from, Kose's was the only one that came up with a goosneck arrangement which provided a verandah that met all our requirements for looks and functionality. The workmanship is excellent and we are very happy with the result.

We recently had a Large Colour Bond Patio ordered with OUTSIDE CONCEPTS PTY LTD in Melbourne.....The Quality and Workmanship were Outstanding, with the Best Quality materials used, not forgetting the TOP Tradesmen used, to do the job. We are Very satisfied with this Project, and will highly recommend them to anybody wanting a Good job done, at a reasonable price. The Manager Kose, who handled the job from start to finish, was extremely Professional, Very knowledgeable, and Patient, especially while dealing with the Local City Councils for Permits etc
We wish them all the very Best in the future.

Update 17 May 2026 :
I recently had an issue with the extension Patio, so I contacted Kose, from OUTSIDE CONCEPTS, for assistance.
Kose contacted me promptly, with all the advice I required, and a solution to the problem.!
Thank you Kose for all your help you gave me, .....This proves that your 'After Sales Service " is Rock Solid , and the Best I have received so far.
wishing you all the Best for the future.

While we unfortunately were not able to have a carport built by Custom Carports and Pergolas due to council regulations, the team here did so much fantastic work for us that I wanted to write a review. Everyone I spoke to here was courteous, friendly, and helpful. They understood what we wanted, knew the right questions to ask our city council to figure out what we could and could not do, and they communicated the result to us sensitively. I would be delighted to engage with this company again in the future if I had the opportunity. Thank you very much!

Cannot speak highly enough of Kose and the team!

From initial contact through to completion my experience was fantastic. Kose was always in hand for any queries I had and would keep us thoroughly updated at every stage.

Our backyard is now a lot more homely with the finished product delivered with care and skill.

To anyone looking for a pergola look no further!
