We received a detailed and competitive quote from Kose and the team efficiently. We received detailed elevations after a relatively small deposit, and the process got underway quickly. Kose responded to emails very quickly. However, through no fault of Outside Concepts we didn’t end up going through with the building because our circumstances changed. Kose was extremely understanding of our situation.
